Andrea and Justin and Pains in the Back
Missed a day back there. Sorry about that. Yesterday I woke up and felt like I’d been doing heavy lifting all night - my lower back was in serious pain. It’s a bit better today, but yesterday I had to sit in bed for most of the day. Beth helped me ice it and gave me a little home remedy. I’m trying to be a little bit more productive today, but I have to take it easy. I got up from bed to go brush my teeth and I couldn’t see for a second because it hurt so much. Really surprised me. Ah well.
